Did you find a good supplier in Australia? Do they do the unrolling for you?

The sheet metal bend script posted above worked well for me. I added a new thickness based on a mild steel sheet metal guage. Its clever python inside a simple to use grasshopper script. give it a go to optimise your workflow

Little plug here @Carl_Johan_Jacobsen Beginning of this year I started with sheep metal which can take in a non manifold brep and converts it into a sheet with the possibly to then unroll it or apply bendreliefs and things like that if you want to give that a try: SheepMetal
