If I want to design complex metal sheets in Rhino 7 using features similar to SolidWorks (e.g., creating edge flanges, folding, unfolding, swept flanges, creating logs, hems), which plugin would you recommend?

Did you try following links?
On their page, it says “Here is a video showing how to use this component.”
