i have the same problem for small line width settings (not a solution, just to link to a similr topic):

Pdf via export, line width below 0.25mm / 0.7 pt?

how do i export a pdf with line width below 0.25mm or 0.7 pt ? I would need a trustable 0.1pt output or less for the laser-cutter to understand the generated pdf. I am asking for _export format = pdf, (not print, save as pdf). looks like line width below 0.7 pt 0.25mm is always set / rounded up to this value ? any settings I miss ? minimum line width ? or is it a bug ?
