Hi, my friend sent me a file and its already has a background bitmap image ( a plan drawing). the problem is its white for me. and when i try to place the image it gives “background bitmap file does not exist” i think its the path of the image must be updated (i have the same image) or what should i do ?.

Hi Jordan - go the Help menu > Check for updates and get the latest Rhino and then shout if it still does not work. We’re on SR 11 now.
