Attractor scaling

Hello. I am new to this grasshopper stuff, and I have gotten myself in over my head. I am trying to make this diamond pattern on a surface. I got this far, with some help. I want to add an attractor to it to get it to fade. I can’t get it to work.

You should install remap+ to make it work.

What is remap+? in your screenshot is the regular remap component. Or at least looks like it.

remap plus takes min max and auto sizes to bounds rather than domain. seems silly to me!
