Asking path modification?

Hi, I’m struggling with managing data structure ( attached image below). Gathering all twigs & leaves into the first branch (not renumber or modify it level).

“Path mapper” was great, but everytime connect to a new data tree, it needs to renumber mapping, and typing all the struture. It’s quite inconvenient to do a snippet for most general case

For long hours of thinking, I made a small cluster to organize, but it’s slightly bulky for huge data tree (see attachment file). Anyone have a better idea to break through this problem, I put the file below?

Thanks, @inno your way slightly better, but more effective for mass data structure , saving my poor man setup :<
