Little things like these kill me. I’ve had more than my share of battles with leaders in both Rhino and AutoCAD. I’ve attached a file that shows a potential work around. It may or may not be what the doctor ordered. Basically I just switched the style to have a user block that looks the same as the default arrow. I used a single hatch which produces some faint lines with certain PDF plotters; there’s a few ways to fix that but are only worth getting into if this is a viable solution.

Hi @Mike24 I agree this is not pretty. To answer your question, This happens because the line gets a print width, and the arrow is a filled shape that doesn’t alter. The workaround of @keithscadservices is to make your own arrowheads with an appropriate offset, but it’s a bit tedious. I’m not sure there is an easy fix for this other than that the arrowhead would get an outline as well, or would be represented as a line rather than a filled shape.
