Is there a way to incorporate something like a geometry pipeline for Archicad-Grasshopper connection? I work in a studio where I am the only one “fluent” in Rhino and we started using the grasshopper capabilities only recently (I’m few years in Rh+Gh). So usually my coworkers draw some pretty ordinary stuff (but far from ordinary to be automated at my level and with our budget) I then come and run few of pre-made scripts that categorize/classify the elements and give them some properties for BIM scheduling.
What has been bothering me is having to click like a billion times (few hundred realistically) to select all the desired objects (all walls, slabs, columns, doors, windows… you get the idea).
I see that Gh sees the AC layers live. Such as if I ad layer in AC Gh can use it as variable to “bake” new elements. So is there some way I can geometry pipeline or mass select based on properties? Maybe I can somehow drag mouse over all of them to select all?
This thing is really holding me back rn to fully utilize Gh capabilities…
