You can also try taking screenshots of really stubborn, but desired text in Illustrator and tweak the settings of Live Trace to get some vector line work that’s a bit quick and dirty that may work when imported into Rhino with little or no modification.
This method can be a lot quicker than manually retracing fonts in Rhino. ~Dave
