Annotation properties panel bugs

Not sure if this is Display or UI? Just updated with 12/21 Update and now I can’t use mouse wheel to scroll down dimension options window in Properties Panel.

(Like to get to Length Units>Suffix to put in “O.C.” or something)

Also, though surely a different topic - Would be nice to have that Prefix/Suffix option in the pop-up window when you double-click dimension string to edit it.

Hi Alan - thanks for the report - so far OK here - so you expand some sections in an annotation style, enough to cause a scroll bar to appear and then middle-mouse scroll and this does not change your view of the page - do I have that right?
