Anisotropic Material modeling (Concrete, Wood, etc.) In topological optimization problems

I have been trying to model a simply supported concrete beam in grasshopper using Ameba. For the type of the material there are some predefined materials like steel, Aluminium, Nylon and also an option for user input material which requires a E (Elasticity modulus) and v (Poisson’s Ratio) which all result in a isotropic material setup. I was wondering if there is a possibility of introducing anisotropic materials (unequal tensile and compressive strength) in Ameba or any other module in grasshopper to be used in Topological Optimization.
