Anchor Points not registering geometry

Hello I’m having issues with my grasshopper script to get the kangaroo command to anchor the points around the boundary of my mesh. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to achieve a tensile structure with circles puncturing the fabric.

IMHO, your base mesh is not a decent one for simulations, so I replace yours with the new one using TriRemesh.
And regarding anchor points, you should use some points among the vertices of your base mesh…
