The design is cool, however olive oil needs to be kept in an dark, even opaque bottle, since it will degrade dramatically when exposed to light. That’s also why some Italians wrap their bottles in aluminium foil.

I didn’t know the issue. But it is a decorative bottle that is not for keeping the olive oil for a long time. It is an interesting and fantastic bottle that is used on the tables temporarily, then is taken back to the refrigerator or a cool and dark place.
Also, I gave the bottle a little roughness and dark color, but not much, because I wanted the oil is visible.
