Alternate plugin to trace image outline with Inkscape

Hi All,

See the sample below where I import the image to Inkscape to trace the outline for the road signage and bring it into Rhino as an SVG file.

Is there any plugin similar to Inkscape - Trace Bitmap function??

Have you tried the plugin Vectorize for auto-tracing images?

Has anyone tried the Vectorize Plugin for Rhino 7? Here is a video on it: [How to AutoTrace an image into curves in Rhino 7 using Vectorize :: Shoe Design (Image to 3D Model)] Seems to be pretty quick.
