All layers on upon opening

In the build from 16.02.2016 all layers are on upon opening any file. That’s painful.

Thanks for the heads up , I’ll check that - layer handling has been much tinkered with lately, so things could well be amiss.

I’ve also noticed the light bulbs for turning on and off are different from V5. I think this is a bug but maybe intentional.

Notice the bulbs for sublayers layer 01 and layer 02 are half off when they should be fully off in the WIP.

Yes, there is something wrong in the WIP. If you turn off a sublayer and the parent layer is on, the bulb should be fully off - not half. Also, when the parent layer is then turned off and on again, the sublayer also turns on while it should remain turned off.
