Align curve to plane x/y

I’m looking for a way to orient curves to a set of planes axis as so:

So that the green lines always run perpendicular (90degrees) to the blue:

I don’t understand the use of Tween Curve in your definition, so I skipped that part.

There is a lot about your code that makes no sense to me at all, especially the use of Series and TweenCrv to make HFrames. So I drastically simplified it.
