Hi,
I’m facing strange behavior when using AddTextDot and AddText. It is only viewable in Front/Left viewport and no text can be seen from perspective/top viewport. I’m using the latest update SR32!
Is it normal and always have been like this or is a bug?
Hello- that certainly looks wrong to me. Can you post a file with one or two of these, or send to tech@mcneel.com?

Hi -
That looks fine here:
From your screenshot, it looks like the Top and the Perspective viewports are in Shaded
mode, whereas the Front and Left viewports are in Wireframe
. Are the dots visible when you put the Perspective viewport in Wireframe
mode?
Apart from that, please run the Rhino SystemInfo
command and copy-paste the result here.

Yes, you are right. I didn’t know it is only visible in wireframe mode!

Hi -
It isn’t. You have probably changed the settings for the Shaded
display mode. Make sure that Show text
is not unchecked.

Yeah I found that option and it was unchecked! Thank you Wim!
