Add text "span count" to _Rebuild command dialog

Hi,

The _rebuild command currently looks like this when using curves as input:

Could the dialog include the text “span count” (see red text in picture below) as well?

This is already available when using surfaces as input (see picture below), so I do not understand why this should not be included for curves as well.

It should be an easy fix, right? It looks a bit half-finished without the text, to be honest.

Compare the Windows version to the Mac version. Seems like a bug.
