I must be missing some obvious solution to this, but can’t seem to find one online. Every time I open Rhino I have to import my hatch patterns and linetypes again. How can I make these the default so I do not have to re-import with each file?

Start a new file, import the patterns you want, and save the file as a template.
Hatch patterns and linetype patterns are stored in the 3dm file.
Anything in Document Properties you want in new files, add them and save it as a Template.
