I change to a new pc, and run Bongo, shown this screen. Where and How can I get the registration?

@l1407 Please contact McNeel’s technical support https://www.rhino3d.com/support and let us know your Bongo license number. You’ve validated your Bongo license too many times and that needs to be fixed.
