Is there any way to improve the “invalid mesh”?

Pufferfish Rebuild Mesh has routines that will fix the mesh invalidity, however keep in mind the way you are going about thickening this thing is going to result in a pretty crappy mesh geometry and no automatic thing will be able to fix that unless you rethink your thickening strategy, potentially look into Dendro or look at other ways to make thickened voronoi’s.
