3d scan on Rhino V7 for mac

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I hope I can find the necessary help. I appreciate your time in advance.

Two weeks ago I bought my first 3D scanner (Einstar from Shinning3D) and as I have always used Rhinoceros to work, I imported the file into Rhino; however, I have not been able to use the original point cloud of the file as reference points to be able to take measurements or to be able to draw and model on the original points of the point cloud of the 3D scanner.

Could someone guide me on how to do it or what post-process in Rhinoceros should be performed on the point cloud in order to take each point as a reference?

That should just work. Can you post a 3dm file that you are having issues with? Also, please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.
