3D modeling of a pump track

Hello everyone,

I have a PDF document like this :

With all the necessary information, point altitudes, curve degrees, etc.,…

Is it possible on rhino to draw a 3D model in order to achieve this kind of rendering, and reliable in relation to the plan, and if so, how?

Thank you so much and sorry for my english

yes. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I really don’t know, what kind of answer you are looking for here. Yes, it is very possible, but it - of course - requires you to be familiar with the basic tools and functions in Rhino. Personally I’d start by laying out the plan in 2D, then create a single “pump bump”, since they seem to be identical, and copy that around the track; and then used loft or sweep to construct the corners. How experienced are you with Rhino and what particular problem is stopping you?

yes, this kind of thing in Rhino3d is more than possible, Rhino is ideal to model this up :+1:t4:

Start by placing lines and curves at the right places in plan view with the help of your plan (positioned and scaled). Move, rotate and orient them so they are at the correct height.
Them it’s a matter of creating surfaces with these curves with Loft, Sweep 2, BlendSrf, etc.
