1:1 Scale Printing Issues in Rhino 8 - Need Help!

All was good and then I finally upgraded from Rhino 6 to Rhino 8. I need to print a simple 1.25" x 4" rectangle. As simple as it gets and yet i have already spent an hour trying to figure it out.
My settings are as such:

Instead of 1.25" x 4", it prints as 1.18" x 3.81".

Any advice is appreciated. However, I need to ctrl+P and move on. Should not need to oversize or make concessions like save in another file and use another program to print.

Thank you in advance

That should be pretty straight forward.

Do these settings and file work for you?? There could be a scale setting in your printer if not.

ToScale.3dm (47.7 KB)

The file you sent in prints as expected with the above settings. There may be a scale variable in your Tim’s BrotherMFC-J880D printer

I checked my settings on Rhino and the printer. All of the settings were 1:1. This time the print was good. I can only assume that the printer settings was the problem and reset when the system was shut down and restarted.
I really appreciate your input and I am storing it away for future reference.

Thanks again,
