I need to cnc cut a sheet to bend over a compound curve, how can I generate that?

yes, you could probably do with less.

i just drew it that way because i like when the tightest turn is created by all the templates touching each other… with 23/32" plywood and your radius, it works out almost perfectly using 9 segments…
makes it easier to build that way for a few different reasons.

Hi Jeff, I’m a newbee, could you give a 5 minute break down of some of the commands you used to quickly generate your model. Those are some clean rips on that skill saw as well. Finally your last picture, do you know if that was actucally made? Best, Bill

Thanks . I love the squish command - very useful

This is some of the type of work we do in our shop. A 35’ foot table-ish piece of millwork getting ready for finish sanding.

I would glue up a stack of MDF or urethane or sintra (whatever scrap I had) and cut it with a ball mill.
