Yet another hardware question from a newbie

I am new to Rhino and am wondering if anyone can help me to determine why my system runs slowly while I am panning/rotating/zooming in the perspective viewport, even in wireframe mode. The display is often slow and choppy with a bit of a delay. My models are made up of many repetetive blocks assembled into a whole, but the file size is not huge - less than 1 MB. My modeling is probably sloppy, or is it my hardware? My processor is an Intel core i7 930 @ 2.8Ghz, I have 12 GB of RAM installed and the video card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 610. Where is the bottleneck or weak link in the system? Is there a way to optimize the software or my hardware to improve performance? I would appreciate any input.
Thanks
Caleb

When many blocks in a file, it’s normal that weakening the performance. However, this problem has been solved or improved in next Gen. Rhinoceros regardless what GPU you use.

GeForce GT 610 is low. If you can upload the file, many people here can test.
