Yak - WARNING: Failed to inspect file and update manifest

Hi there & @will ,

I am stuck trying to package our .net 7 plugin for Rhino 8.

When I run:
"C:\Program Files\Rhino 8\System\Yak.exe" build
I get:
WARNING: Failed to inspect file and update manifest:

Anyone else getting this or know how to get around it?

There is no command line flag for yak to specify the Rhino version if the auto-detect fails.
