WIP bug raytraced display multiplies light when altering material, repeatable example

@nathanletwory I was testing out PBR to get a descent car pain and added anisotropy to see how it would affect the material. But when I adjusted the anisotropy from 1 to 2 and back multiple times then I see that the light in the scene (environment light only) also multiplies.
(You know I have struggled with rendered mode regarding this for years, but this is the first time I have a simple, repeatable example for you)

On vacation right now, but sounds like know bug. Probably goes ok once toggling away and back to Raytraced. Is on my list to tackle (:
