I guess these are simple geometries, but it failed.
I like to understand why.
My document tolerance is 0.001.

Oh, I get it.
The upper one’s surfaces have the wrong normal directions.
Is there any way I can flip the surface N direction without deconstructing the Brep?

Most likely, the first object was created with a revolution and the section curve was going into the opposite direction than the axis.
