Why "rail revolve" result is rotated?

After performing rail revolve, the result is a bit rotated. What is wrong with my rail revolve?

maybe the heart was not in the right place? :wink:

anyway it performs as expected when you let the profile actually touch the exact ending of the rail curve. it then will also perform a cleaner revolve.
