hmm, I don’t see that here. I tried in Rhino 7 and 8
Perp takes priority and if you are coming from the centre everywhere on the circle is perpendicular.
You could start your line at the other end or turn off perp.
hi @eobet I see what you mean. Perp is a bit aggressive. If you move the cursor on the outside of the circle, does it get any better?
Thank you both… yes, turns out perp is overly aggressive. I usually have all snapping on (except center) and it works fine… should not “singular point” snaps take priority over “continuous along curve” snapping as a general rule?
It has been this way with circles and Perp since forever… at least as far back as I can remember.
