what can i do

Please try the 7.5 service release candidate. In Rhino 7 for Mac open Preferences with the Preferences command or by typing “Cmd + ,”. Then in the General section you’ll see an option list for checking for service releases or service release candidates.

Does that improve Rendered mode for you?

I have upgraded to version 7.5, but it didn’t work. The rendering mode is still very lagging, even rendering a simple cube will be very lagging.

Hello - by ‘rendering mode’ do you mean the display mode that is called ‘Rendered’ or the one that is called ‘Raytraced’?
