Why are fillets so bad?

As a former CNC milling guy I agree with your points. Automatic tool swiches exists for a reason - encouraging the use of the proper tool for the use case at hand (like quickly making flat pocket floors etc).

The interesting part is that nearly all people under the comments of that video immediately accept everything heard as deserving of trust, even though the actual facts may be different. That man most likely has a lot more machine hours than me, but in my opinion there are lots of loop holes in his statements that nobody gives a doubt.
I added some more text to my previous post.

P.S.: I am also a former CNC-guy, doing this for a living since 2009 when I built my first 3-axis CNC-milling machine. My “CAD CNC” logo was also created at the same time. In fact, this kit car is the reason why I designed my CNC-machine:

I stopped watching it after like 2min cause was boring for me  :beers:

That’s awesome. :sunglasses:

I want to build CNC’s cause I’m tired of the corporate veils of resellers and factory outlets.

Also have to build my own OS and software since microsoft went to :poop: with their breaches of privacy etc.
