no, but you can extrude to a point using the extrude face or extrude curve tool-
Sir if i make the above type of piece i have to do it manually again and again. I have to select each surface and taper it.can it be possible to do it once?

you can, however they default to extruding to the same point… that is not what you are looking for.
you could however, make one surface, then copy it with history and extrude then modify… it s a bit of a hacky workaround, but it does work.
