What happened to Quote when responding

Hi,
In the recent past when I highlight someone else’s post or text in post right click menu had the option to set selection as a quote but I don’t see that option anymore. What is the current way to quote when responding? Block quote on the top bar of options didn’t add any highlighted text for me.

Apparently, you should be able to use the q key as well.

Thanks for checking now it’s working. Now it’s coming up when I highlight a line of text was not before when I highlighted nothing came up.
