I want to (contourline) move to like a red line.
but even i change xy,yz,xz plane my offset line only move Z direction.
how can i fix this problem?

IMO, What you’re trying to do is “Move”, not offset…
move is working! Thx! then why offset is not working?! am i something understand about offset?!
All locations on the offseted curve(?) are a specified distance from the original curve. So, the offseted curve is different from it’s original in terms of length, control points, etc… You need to understand that.
