Viewport crashes

Hi all,

After updating my graphics drivers today, I’ve been experiencing recurring issues. Closing and reopening the file, the issue is still there. Although using an older file temporarily resolves the problem, it reoccurs after a few hours. I’ll try to install the old drivers. Has anyone else had similar issues? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello- can you please run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here?

Hello- I would do two things - 1. Update the Nvidia driver to the latest from the NVidia website (with Rhino closed) . If that does not fix it, in Rhino, open Options > Plug-ins page and disable all of the plug-ins listed under ‘Plugins that do not ship with Rhino’ in your System info. Close and re-open Rhino - is that any better? If so, load these plug-ins one or two at a time until you see, hoipefully, which plug-in causes trouble.

Thank you, I’ll try that.

I downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers. If I now open the broken file, Rhino immediately closes. I’ll continue working on the older file and keep you updated if the errors recur.

Hi Paul - I’d suspect a plug-in here…
