Hello
Something that’s happened for a while. Occasionally when using Solid Tools > Variable Radius Fillet/Blend, it results in an incomplete trim of the end surfaces - see attached. This then needs manually trimming back.
Any ideas why?
Sach.

I had used ‘mergeallfaces’ prior to this on the top planar face because there were some co-planar surfaces there which I wanted to make into one. It had re-oriented the surface to an odd angle. I’ve just rebuilt the top surface and the fillet now works fine.
Hi Sach- can you post or send me the inputs for this when you run into it again? I’ll see if we can figure out what goes wrong - the commands are FilletEdge/BlendEdge, correct? And the object is ‘solid’ there, all surfaces joined?
