If I must recalculate and move the sections and redo the hatches of the sectioned parts each time I make a 3D little change, what’s the difference with the make 2D rhino tool? It seems to be a duplicate tool

You should not have to redo. Use UpdateClippingDrawings command to update. If that does not work for you, please send an example to look into.
