please at least provide as standard a good insulation hatch with rhino 9 !

There is a “Batt Insulation” hatch pattern in Rhino 9 on Windows.

This is pending on macOS: RH-88568 Annotation Hatch: Mac version missing additional default patterns

Also new in Rhino 9, you can use a test command to create a linetype with shapes, such as a batt insulation:
