Using Bongo just confuses me?

This is more of a cry for help than anything…

Hey I’ve been working on some projects and I must say, using rhino and bongo is getting pretty frustrating lately. I don’t know if its my file that’s not well structured, but how can i figure that out?? Block instances dont seem to make sense to me, and now my model looks okayish, but getting a proper animation is so hard. Using bongo 2 for the first time today I made a path for the camera to follow. And then i added an orb for the camera to focus on. And animating that orb to be in the proper places when the camera is there is soo painful, especially since rhino gets very laggy when editing and especially when playing back the animation I made for the camera. And how do I change the speed of the camera in certain spots along the path?? the curve tool is just utter confusion since changing the value on the y axis just changes the distance along the path between 0 and 1 how is that at all accurate and why cant i “just slow down” the camera between certain keyframes. No i have to use easing… Anyway please if anyone has better knowledge with getting better performance, basic rhino stuff and especially how to animate a fly through with bongo where the camera looks in certain directions and changes speeds!? Its all a complete mess for me right now…

Maybe this video can help?
