Using AI as a way to learn Grasshopper and solve problems

Anyone else use AI to solve a problem and learn in the process?
I asked AI to generate a woodgrain pattern for me that I can use to cut the pattern on my CNC router.
Probably not an elegant solution but I advanced my understanding of Grasshopper and I would otherwise probably would not have known where to begin. Other than here of course.

1. Identify a problem you want to solve
2. Ask AI to show a solution.
3. A series of back and forth, asking why questions, working through issues etc.

which AI bot did you use?
I have used GPT-4 and Gemini, they both were not much of a help, even though I have the patience to keep correcting them and redirecting them to help me, the bots often made me waste time perusing wrong solutions.
