Updated MPACK for VisualStudio 2022 on Mac

Hi - will there be an updated RhinoVisualStudioExtension for VisualStudio 2022 on Mac? The release only seems to have support for Windows. GitHub - mcneel/RhinoVisualStudioExtensions: Visual Studio Extension for RhinoCommon Plugin Support

I tried that and I am not sure it installs anything. It certainly does not change the GHA build behavior and does not launch rhino for a debugging session.

@dale - I was not able to get the older MPACK to work in VS2022. Any chance ther e will be an update for this soon?
