Hi all,
I’ve been happily using the display bitmap to build sprites for the DrawEventArgs.Display.DrawSprite method (well, mostly, the stored bitmaps seem to eat up tons of memory, but that’s another story).
Was this method changed somewhere in the back end in the 7.16 service release? Now it seems only to output a square image regardless of the input bitmap’s aspect ratio.
Yes, I downgraded to SR 7.15, and it returned to functioning as expected. There’s a new overload to the DisplayBitmap constructor, that wasn’t available in the SR7.14 RhinoCommon dll (that page doesn’t have a “since” data entry).
Hello everyone,
Was there ever any progress on this bug? I just installed 7.20 on a new computer and the same behavior came up again. I had to downgrade to 7.15 to get it to look right. FWIW, Rhino 8/WIP (downloaded today) does the same thing.
Thanks
