UnrollSrf, cut out, wrap

hello,

I am looking for help, I would like to make a cone(loft), then UnrollSrf, cut some holes or pattern on the unrolled surface. Then I would like to wrap this flat surface around the cone and give the surface thickness to see the result.

Is it doable in rhino?
