Unload plugins without restarting Rhino?

Is this planned for Rhino 7?
Right now it seems like you have to disable a plugin and then restart Rhino if you want to release the license for others to use. Or is there a workaround for this?

Thanks Fred. I was thinking about the standard dialog PluginManager, not about programming. Right now you can load plugins, but not unload.
