Plugin manager much better!

The option to turn off “Ask to load disabled plugins” makes my Rhino life much better.
Rhino starts up as fast as I want now, however still I can show or use any plugin really quickly.
This makes Rhino a much better platform for plugins!

Also the selection for “plug ins tgat do not ship with Rhino” is convenient.
