Unable to unit overlapping closed curves

As shown in the example file attached below, I’m unable to use “region union” component to unit several obviously overlapping closed curves.

May I ask if I missed something important here?

Check your Rhino file tolerances from _Units, and see if it affects the outcome.

Yes, changing the “absolute tolerance” from “0.01” to “0.001” units does the magic.
