Two similar curves: Grasshopper can't sweep one (but Rhino can)

I have two very similar rail curves and identical simple line profiles. Grasshopper will Sweep1 on one pairing but not on the other. Bake the curves into Rhino and the latter will Sweep1 both of them.

EDIT: Found that if the profile extends 0.5mm from the rail (that’s the shorter side above), the sweep fails, 0.4mm or 0.6mm and it works… …but another curve, which works at 0.5, then fails. Arghhh!

It seems to work if you add Reparametrize to the curve.
