Tween curve / incremental distributed

Hello is there a way to incremental distribute the curves of a tween action? Like the resulted ripples of throwing a stone in still water.

Do you mean to animate the tweens as they move along?

Hello - this seems like a job for Grasshopper. Have you had a try with that?
